These Terms and Conditions of Entry relate to the Mother 1 in 5 wins promotion (the Promotion).
The statement "1 in 5 wins" is based on average odds. Any five cans may not contain a winning tab.
Entry into this Promotion deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
This Promotion starts at 12:00:00am on 25 October 2011 and closes at 11:59:59pm on 15 April 2012 or while stocks of Promotional Products last, whichever occurs earliest (Promotion Period).
To enter simply, buy any specially marked 500mL can of MOTHER (the Promotional Product) from any participating outlet and look under the tab to see if you are an instant winner.
If you find the words "BONUS MOTHER" on the tab of a Promotional Product, take the winning tab to a participating outlet to redeem a bonus 500mL can of MOTHER (the Instant Prize) for you to enjoy another day.
The Instant Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you find the words "TRY AGAIN" on the tab of a Promotional Product, unfortunately you are not an instant winner this time.
All Instant Prizes must be redeemed no later than 27 May 2012 from a participating outlet. The Promoter takes no responsibility for Instant Prizes not redeemed by that date.
All purchasers of a Promotional Product acknowledges that at the time of purchase of a Promotional Product some Instant Prizes may have been won.
Only tabs from the Promotional Products will be accepted when claiming the Instant Prizes. All tabs are subject to verification.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any tabs that denote an instant win and that are lost, damaged, or incorrectly marked.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
If for any reason the conduct or operation of this Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Promotion.
